Exercise is key for most menopausal symptoms. The list of benefits is huge, amongst others it will help you shift excess weight, stop you gaining weight, minimise the apple shape and make you feel GREAT!!
Do something you enjoy, make it a habit, grab a buddy and have fun. The hardest past is getting your butt off the sofa!
