I know I am feeling the need to connect to women. I really miss live talks and workshops and they won’t be happening anytime soon so I have created the next best thing and I invite you to an online ‘get-together’.
I know you are probably feeling a little ‘zoomed’ out but it is a wonderful way to bring us together. Being online has opened up possibilities for people who may not be able to attend live events due to poor health, distance, time, and money.
There is a huge difference between spending hours in boring online meetings to being online with a group of women with the purpose of coming together. Of really being together, seeing each other, and hearing each other.
Women supporting women. Women lifting each other up and shining a light on others when they can’t do it themselves.
As much as we are feeling disconnected and out of control of the circumstances in the world, one thing we do have control over is ourselves; our actions, thoughts and our commitment to growth.
Every action and decision can either bring us closer or take us further away from our well-being.
For example, we can decide we are ‘too busy’ to look after ourselves yet spend hours watching TV.
I’m not TV bashing here as I love a good thriller but we can find some balance.
Now more than ever we need to take action on our well-being. We are coming towards the end of an unsettling, stressful, and worrying time. Our reserves are at an all-time low and most women are running on empty.
Making big changes from this place feels daunting and overwhelming (so we don’t bother). I can show you how making micro changes (and how to stick to them) is an easier way.

I am hosting an online ‘get-together’ and I would love you to join us.
I will create a space for us to imagine we’re all together having a cup of tea and you know when you get a group of women together we love to chat and share and that’s the feeling I want to create. A good old natter but with some structure and for you to get some insights into yourself.
Our time together will help you feel more relaxed, hopeful, and reconnected to life again.
Connect to your physical body
We will use mindful movement to show you how to calm your nervous system by being aware of your physical body. This is not a typical exercise session but a way to use movement to ‘get out of your head’. It will create a state of relaxation and calm. Within a few minutes, you will notice how connecting to your body in this specific way can improve your energetic state, calm down the mental chatter and bring a sense of ease.
You don’t need much space. This session can be done from a chair and standing so easily done in a quiet space in your home, like your bedroom.
Let’s chat
Then we are going to open up the room and get chatting. I’m going to give us a loose framework to help you feel comfortable and relaxed to talk but it is not compulsory nor will you be put on the spot.
I’ll be asking specific questions to help you bring more awareness to what is really going on for you. This part of the get-together is not hugely structured so we can feel the flow and enjoy the direction it takes us in. Some people are going to be more comfortable than others talking and you don’t have to share.
Then I’m going to invite you to share in a specific way using a special method. You’ll be surprised at what comes out of these sessions. It’s super powerful.
Hot seat – If someone has a particular limiting belief or problem they can jump into the hot seat and I will guide them to a resolution.
Brain Talk
Using meditation, visualisation and mindfulness so that you can harness the power of your mind, imagination, and intuition. We will get beyond the thinking brain and tap into your subconscious so that you can discover what your heart and soul need. Get past the thinking, over-analysis, and open your eyes and heart to the possibilities in life.
Q&A
This is your chance to ask me anything within my skillset. Nutrition, exercise, mindfulness, menopause, midlife, mindset, beliefs.
No matter what your question is there is always someone who is thinking the same question and may not be brave enough to ask it.
Closing ritual
We will bring our time together to a close with a lovely group centered ritual.
