I’ve been a bit quiet lately.
Needed to keep my head down and focus on my one to one menopause coaching clients.
I’ve also been putting together the ‘peri-menopause 101’ support group – uber excited!!
It’s going really well and we’ve all been learning loads. Yes I’ve learnt loads too 🙂
They have been learning how simple life changes can make a BIG difference to how they feel.
The biggest ‘ah ha’ moment for me is that most of the coaching has been about how to manage life.
You know.. the kids, work, housework, family, book clubs, oh and then time for you right??
Wrong!! We tend put others needs before ours.
Many women take on waaaaaay too much and struggle to keep up.
Not only are we juggling balls, we’re balancing plates whilst on a unicycle!
The word ‘no’ seems to be missing from our volcabulary
It’s no wonder women get stressed out, gain weight, feel grumpy and just plain FRAZZLED.
This is a DISASTER for your hormones!!
This is a recipe for hormonal HELL!
This is a killer for your LIBIDO!
It’s not that hard to fix…
I give YOU persmission to STOP and start saying NO.
