Hi there, I LOVE to help women feel like …well….like a woman again!!
Your forties are a time of change, I’m sure I read once that’s when the fun starts. The body changes and you cannot stop it. I want to help you accept it and embrace it…..cellulite, flabby bits and all!
It’s my wish to help women shine in their mid-life years and beyond. I want to stop women writing themselves off when they hit their 40’s and 50’s. I am passionate about SELF-LOVE and SELF-CARE.
As women we (generally) spend our time looking after others (family, friends, husbands, partners, kids, animals, parents). Nothing wrong with that HOWEVER we need to look after ourselves FIRST.
PMS from hell, hot flushes, night sweats, low libido, weight gain…..we all have felt the impact of hormonal disturbances…..most women try and treat the symptoms but how about treating the cause? I believe in getting down to the nitty gritty and making the deeper, heart felt changes. Looking at relationships, sleep, stress, relaxation, self image, nutrition and exercise.
This I believe is the way to make long lasting change and feel like a new women as we move into this new era of our life. Every women is individual and has different needs, we are genetically different on the inside as we are on the outside and her approach to change needs to reflect this.
It is every woman’s right to find her individual way to change; to discover her way to find Happiness, Health and Hormonal balance.
These are the three pillars in my coaching systems, talks and workshops. I believe in a more gentle, self-loving, heart centred approach to change.
I was guided to set up the Women’s Wisdom with Mrs Menopause Facebook group as I believe we under use our feminine wisdom to help and support ourselves and each other. I’ve set up this group because we human beings thrive on being part of something.
Find YOUR community and our tribe. There is power, strength and understanding in a group of like minded women. Think how great it will feel to be in a place like that 🙂
The Women’s Wisdom is a sisterhood; a place to learn, share and grow.
It’s a welcoming, non-judgemental place where we talk about anything from menopause weigh gain to vaginal dryness remedies. We talk about the changes to our bodies, mindset and everything else inbetween.
The aim is that you feel connected, supported and have a broader knowledge of what changes happen when you reach your 40’s and beyond and what you can start to do to help support yourself.
