I had such a great evening, it was really good to meet with everyone and just so relaxing and chilled.
I think the best thing about the evening was to hear that I’m not alone and that others are having similar issues so I’m not going mad! I also realised that maybe I’m quite lucky to know I’m in menopause and to be able to pin point when the symptoms started and deal with them!
I’ve also learnt that menopause is quite crappy but that it’s good to have people to chat to about it 😁
Understanding your menopause journey
There’s more to menopause than just ‘woman’s periods stop’.
Every woman has unique experiences as they do their unique life circumstances. This means each woman’s way of supporting herself through the transition differs to others.
This special evening of sharing experiences and discovering more about your own journey is led by Tanith – aka Mrs Menopause – whose own menopause story began in her 30s and who now uses her experience professionally to help other women understand and make the best of their personal transition.
The wisdom shared at the evening will be led by each of the women who attend so you get exactly what you need and your questions answered. Tanith will use her professional menopause knowledge, and expertise in life coaching, nutritional therapy and physical exercise to guide participants through group discussion at this enriching evening.
