New online Fitness Pilates exercise sessions
What is Fitness Pilates
Monday 7-7.45pm – Whole Body Workout
This class includes a warm up and mobility section followed by balance, strength and ‘core training’ and finished with stretching.
Friday – 7-7.20am – PHIIT – Pilates High-Intensity Interval Training
This is a new class and is short and sweeeeet. This is for people who have more exercise experience and feel confident doing 20 minutes of higher intensity/pilates intervals. This class is designed to get you hot, elevate your heart rate, improve your fitness and raising your mood and ENERGY!
Saturday – 9-9.45am – Core Focus
This class is designed to help you train your core muscles. This IS NOT a class full of planks and sit-ups! Nope!
This is a much more ‘functional’ class that teaches your body to move and react in everyday movements.
We work with breathing, moving and feeling the connection within our bodies. The focus of this class is on the abdominals and back muscles but we also learn how our feet, butt and shoulders are just as important when discovering the core. Fun huh?
New class coming – a 30 minute class using weights as a way to increase the intensity, your strength, increases muscle tone, and is great for bone health.
Who is it for?
The sessions are for everyone. The classes tend to be mostly women but we also have husbands, partners and teens joining in. The classes are for all abilities as different options, levels and layers are given. Before you join the membership you will complete a detailed, confidential screening form. This means Tanith will know beforehand if you need any adaptations. If you have any concerns please contact me (Tanith) and we can jump on the telephone. email@example.com
What do you need?
The classes are delivered using the online meeting platform Zoom. You need a device with a camera and a larger than phone size screen (otherwise you won’t be able to see). A tablet, Ipad, laptop or smart TV are ideal.
A mat (ideally a yoga mat), space for the mat, comfortable, stretchy clothes, and have a drink of water handy.
The Monday and Saturday sessions are recorded so you have access to them if you cannot make a live class or if you wish to repeat the sessions. These sessions will be collated and accessed on one easy to access page.

“I really enjoyed Tanith’s Fitness pilates class this evening, more than any other online class I’ve done over the lockdown period.Tanith makes the class accessible and she is considerate of everyone’s different levels. She instinctively knows what the individuals in the class need without interrupting the flow of the class. She brings a warmth and made me feel really welcome, I felt at ease straight away. I’m really looking forward to next week.”
