Online Fitness Pilates classes – Movement Membership
What is Fitness Pilates
Monday 7-7.45pm – Whole Body Workout
This class includes a warm up and mobility section followed by balance, strength and ‘core training’ and finished with stretching.
Saturday – 9-9.45am – Core Focus
This class is designed to help you train your core muscles. This IS NOT a class full of planks and sit-ups! Nope!
This is a much more ‘functional’ class that teaches your body to move and react in everyday movements.
We work with breathing, moving and feeling the connection within our bodies. The focus of this class is on the abdominals and back muscles but we also learn how our feet, butt and shoulders are just as important when discovering the core. Fun huh?
Being part of the ‘Movement Membership’ means you have access to a ‘members only’ library of 60 different types of classes.
These classes are easily accessible and it means you can catch up on any live sessions you miss.
Some members choose not to come to live classes and prefer the convenience of using the recordings.
A growing library of over 60 different styles of classes – just press play!
PHIIT – Pilates High-Intensity Interval Training
This is a new class and is short and sweeeeet. This is for people who have more exercise experience and feel confident doing 20 minutes of higher intensity/pilates intervals. This class is designed to get you hot, elevate your heart rate, improve your fitness and raising your mood and ENERGY!
Strong – 30 minute class using weights as a way to increase the intensity, your strength, increases muscle tone, and is great for bone health.
Pure Stretch – A class design to not only help you feel stretched but also mobilise joints.
Shorts – Only got 20 minutes for a quick sesh? No problem. There are shorter sessions for you to squeeze into you busy day
Legs, Tums & Bums LBT – A popular classic! Does what is says 😉
Pop-Up – I sometimes feel inspired to put on extra classes. Some of the local ‘movers’ are meeting up for a summer outdoor pilates class ☀️
Who are the session for?
The sessions are for everyone. The classes tend to be mostly women but we also have husbands, partners and teens joining in. The classes are for all abilities as different options, levels and layers are given. Before you join the membership you will complete a detailed, confidential screening form. This means Tanith will know beforehand if you need any adaptations. If you have any concerns please contact me (Tanith) and we can jump on the telephone. tanith(at)tanithlee.co.uk
What do you need?
The classes are delivered using the online meeting platform Zoom. You need a device with a camera and a larger than phone size screen (otherwise you won’t be able to see). A tablet, Ipad, laptop or smart TV are ideal.
A mat (ideally a yoga mat), space for the mat, comfortable, stretchy clothes, and have a drink of water handy.
Let’s keep things simple 🙂
There is a flat £25 monthly membership fee.
This includes all three sessions and the odd ‘pop up’ specials.
As a member, you will also be the first to know about Tanith’s new classes, workshops, talks and nutrition upgrades.
What if other family members want to join in?
I want to encourage as many people to get moving so the membership is is capped at two people so anyone else can join in for free and kids are free too (Age 16 and under)
Not sure if it’s for you? Here is an example class for you to enjoy.

“I really enjoyed Tanith’s Fitness pilates class this evening, more than any other online class I’ve done over the lockdown period.Tanith makes the class accessible and she is considerate of everyone’s different levels. She instinctively knows what the individuals in the class need without interrupting the flow of the class. She brings a warmth and made me feel really welcome, I felt at ease straight away. I’m really looking forward to next week.”
