Sometimes we can take life too seriously.
Especially ‘womens problems’ like menopause, PMS etc.
Hold on to your knickers….
I don’t mean that these problems shouldn’t be taken seriously, I know first hand how sh*tty they can make us feel.
I mean that if we can keep our sense of humour life seems easier.
We all know about the importance of our pelvic floor.
It stops us weeing ourselves when we sneeze or cough!!
Don’t even get me started on trampolines!!
I remember the first time i went on one when my second child,Jasmin, was barely a year old. I thought I was going to turn inside out!!
Pelvic floor fitness (!) is not just a problem post babies, it can be a problem for menopausal women due to the lower estrogen levels.

ps a stronger pelvic floor means stronger orgasms. What more excuse do you need ???
